The Details
From a very small producer in Galicia who only utilizes tinaja (Spanish Amphorae) in the cellar for spontaneous fermentation and aging, this is 50% Godello & 50% Treixadura. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously co-ferment for 9 months. The Godello skins are left in contact with the juice meanwhile the Treixadura is directly pressed. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5%ABV
