The Details
From a very small producer in Galicia who almost entirely only utilizes tinaja (Spanish Amphorae) in the cellar for spontaneous fermentation and aging, this is 50% Garnacha Tintorera & 50% Godello. Short co-maceration and spontaneous co-fermentation prior to élevage in amphora for 9 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
