The Details

Having trained with Daniel Sage & Jean Delobre (La Ferme des 7 Lunes), Paulette Maziou settled in the Ardèche and founded her Domaine Petite Nature in 2019. Organic cultivation of vines with strong application of biodynamic principles. This is 75% Merlot, 10% Grenache, 5% Viognier. The Merlot & Viognier are directly pressed and the Grenache macerates/infuses (a la Daniel Sage) in the directly-pressed juice. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in fiberglass tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
