About the wine

Having trained with Daniel Sage & Jean Delobre (La Ferme des 7 Lunes), Paulette Maziou settled in the Ardèche and founded her Domaine Petite Nature in 2019. Organic cultivation of vines with strong application of biodynamic principles. This is 75% Grenache Noir, 15% Grenache Gris co-fermented spontaneously and co-macerated for 25 days prior to pressing to fiberglass where the wine ages for 1-month. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
