The Details

100% Aligoté from one of the late Olivier Lemasson's parcels - in fact, he was known to say this was the only known parcel of Aligoté in the entire Loire! 70 year-old vines on sandy soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, spontaneously ferment and age in neutral vessel prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
