The Details

Only made in extremely good vintages, this rare appellated Chenin from Vouvray is from fruit he shares with Thierry Puzelat. Grapes are hand-haravested and spontaneously ferment and age in neutral barrel and tank for 18 months before bottlgin unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
