40% Procanico, 40% Moscato Bianco, and the remaining 20% with Verdello, Romanesco, Roscetto, Greco, Grechetto, Malavasia Toscana, Malvasia del Lazio + other local white varieties. Destemmed, 5-7 days on the skins. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal SO2 at bottling.
