100% biodynamically cultivated Garnatxa in clay-calcareous soils just outside the town of Pinell in Terra Alta, Tarragona. Whole-cluster spontaneous fermentation prior to pressing and aging in neutral vessel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
