Beaujolais Villages from Romuald! 50 year-old vines of Gamay from Quincié (within Brouilly) planted over granitic soils at ~400m elevation. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral vessel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
