100% Pinot Noir organically cultivated on high altitude parcels of limestone soils near the village of Noé-les-Mallets in the Côtes-de-Bar of Champagne. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified a la saignée in tank prior to aging of 4.5 years sur latte. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Disgorged January 2025. 12% ABV
