The Details

Organic, zero-sulfur Champagne from the Cordeuils. This is from a single-parcel of 35 year-old vines planted at 320m on south-facing marl-limestone soils in the village of Noé-les-Mallets. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age sur lie for 4 and a half years in neutral barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 no dosage.
