Literally unlike any Sauvignon Blanc we've ever tried, this is jalepeno lemonade with magic intensity. Grown in Warner Glen on karri loam soil with pockets of gravel and underlying grey clay subsoil, Sam macerates the grapes briefly then ferments in stainless steel with ambient yeast, no fining, filtration or SO2. Tremendous acidity and saltiness keeps your mouth feeling fresh, but a kelpy texture leaves an impression on the tongue, making the wine perfect for langoustines or all measures of fried fish.
