The Details
Micro-winery in the Weinviertel region just north of Vienna, started by Nicole & Daniel Schrammel in 2015.
100% Grüner Veltliner harvested in multiple picks (underripe/ripe/overripe), each directly, gently-pressed into demijohn for spontaneous fermentation. The wines are blended and aged sur lie in steel tank for about a year. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
