The Details

Micro-winery in the Weinviertel region just north of Vienna, started by Nicole & Daniel Schrammel in 2015. 

100% Grüner Veltliner, destemmed, gently pressed to stainless steel tank where the juice spontaneously ferments. Ancestral method (pét-nat), bottled unfined, unfiltered no additional SO2. 

"Dirty" disgorged meaning the removal of tartaric acid, but the wine retains its a slight haze and eager bubble.
