Cold-Climate Pinot Perfection! From Jonas Seckinger, biodynamically cultivated Pinot Noir from the Pfalz (30-40 year-old vines) planted in loam/limestone/marl soils. The grapes see 30 day, whole-cluster carbonic maceration in stainless steel tank followed by pressing into neutral 225L Barrique for an 8 month élevage. Unfined, unfiltered, 10ppm SO2 at bottling. 10.5%ABV
