About the wine
Biodynamically cultivated 60% Gewürztraminer, 30% Weissburgunder, 10% Savagnin from 20 year-old vines, hand-harvested and whole-cluster spontaneously fermented with free run juice bled into 500L neutral French oak tonneau where the wine matures for 8 onths. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 11%ABV
