The Details

100% regeneratively farmed Nebbiolo in the terraced vineyards of the Roero and more specifically Sanche of Piedmont's Langhe. Grapes macerate for 12-14 days with floating cap and spontaneously ferment in a combination of neutral barrel and stainless steel tank. Élevage is 7-10 months in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
