The Details

100% regeneratively farmed Nebbiolo in the hills of Vezza d'Alba. Spontaneous fermentation in neutral french oak vat with a long maceration of submerged cap for 22 days followed by pressing and élevage in neutral barrel for 20 months. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
