The Details
80 year-old vine regeneratively farmed Nebbiolo from the Roero. First time bottling of exclusively old-vine plantings. Traditional fermentation (spontaneous with cap) in neutral oak and stainless steel followed by pressing and a 20+ month élevage. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
