The Details
45% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Pinot Blanc, 15% Zweigelt. The Sauv Blanc & Pinot Blanc are fermented for 3 weeks on the skins while the Zweigelt is directly-pressed. 8 months élevage in neutral barrel. Wines are bottled with yeast and organic sugar where secondary fermentation occurs in bottle. Zero/zero.
