The Details
Bianco bitters - Ligurian style aperitivo from Austria! Base for the beverage is natural Weissburgunder + Neuberger sourced from a friend in 2022, fortified with organic corn distillate farmed nearby as well. Clementines from Calabria and Citron from Sicily along with beet sugar and meditteranean herbs are added. Hand-cut/sliced and co-macerated in corn distillate for 3 weeks prior to the addition of the base wine, thereafter the whole batch macerates for around 40 days. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, 20ppm added SO2. 18% ABV 500mL.
