The Details

Bianco bitters - Ligurian style aperitivo from Austria! Base for the beverage is natural Weissburgunder + Neuberger sourced from a friend in 2022. Botanicals are Bergamot from Calabria/Citron from Sicily. Chamomile, beet sugar and vanilla beans are also added. Hand-cut/sliced fruit and beans all macerate in stainless with the spirits and aromatics for around 3 weeks prior to the wines being added and macerate for another 40 days. Unfined, unfiltered, 20ppm SO2. 18% ABV 500mL.
