The Details

Malvasia, Chenin, Muscat and Xarel-lo from organically cultivated vines in a riparian vineyard in Catalonia. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 5 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous co-fermentation and co-maceration all in stainless with aging for 7 months in the same vessel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
