The Details
100% Grolleau from biodynamically cultivated 60 year-old vines in the Case Neuve vineyard. Grapes are hand-harvested and semi-carbonically macerate in stainless steel prior to pressing. Aging also in stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, 1ppm additional SO2.
