100% Chenin Blanc biodynamically cultivated in a single parcel in Faye d'Anjou. Grapes are hand-harested from 65-70 year-old vines planted near the summit of a southwest facing hillside. Schistous soils. Directly pressed upon arrival at the winery, the juice spontaneously ferments in stainless steel prior to transfer to 500L tonneaux for 1 year of élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 as of the 2023 vintage.
