The Details
100% biodynamically cultivated Chenin Blanc from a single parcel of 68 year-old vines (VV) in Faye d'Anjou. Grapes are hand-harvested from vines planted to schistous clay. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vat prior to aging in 500L tonneaux for 1 year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (20ppm) added SO2.
