The Details

100% Sauvignon Blanc from organically cultivated vines on clay/limestone soils in Orcet in the Auvergne. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in stainless steel prior to 10 month élevage in barrique. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
