The Details

From biodynamically farmed vines in the Mâconnais, 100% Chardonnay from 30 year-old vines, aged sur lie for up to a year. Unfined, unfiltered, ~10ppm SO2 at bottling. Direct and fresh, super snappy – wears the limestone provenance pretty transparently – easy to love natural burgundy!
