The Details

Feinherb Riesling from biodynamically farmed vineyards at lower elevation, right on the Moselle. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly whole-bunch pressed and spon taneously ferment and age prior 26ppm additional SO2. The wine is off-dry and beautiful. Unfined, unfiltered.
