The Details

100% Chardonnay from a .2ha biodynamically farmed parcel outside of Corton/Pernand-Vergelesses. 20+ year-old vines planted by legendary now-retired natural vigneron Jean-Jacques Morel. Grapes are hand-harvested, and 2-week carbonically macerate whole-cluster with no juice (dry carbo) prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel; aged 8 months in a single barrique. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 300 bottles made.
