Blanc de blans, 100% biodynamically cultivated Chardonnay. Spontaneous fermentation is followed by 7 years élevagein neutral barrel  prior to disgorgement. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. <4.5 g/L 13.5%ABV
