The Details

60% Nerello Cappuccio / 20% Grenache / 20% Nerello Mascalese from organically cultivated high-elevation vineyards on the north face of Mt. Etna. Grapes are hand-harvested from old (80 years+) vines, mainly destemmed and macerate for 10-12 days in large oak cask. Blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 after 10 month élevage.
