90% Nerello Mascalese, 5% Nerello Cappuccio/Alicante, 5% native Etnean white grapes (Grecanico, Minnella Bianca, Carricante). 

The juices spontaneously ferment separately prior to blending. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
