The Details
35% Chardonnay, 30% Weissburgunder, 20% Grauburgunder, 10% Roter Traminer, 5% Muskat Ottonel from biodynamically cultivated vines around Lake Neusiedl in Austria's Burgenland. Grapes are hand-harvsted and macerate for up to 2 weeks prior to gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and élevage take place in a combination of amphora/large neutral oak for 18 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<10ppm) added SO2. 12.5% ABV
