About the wine

100% biodynamically cultivated Pinot Noir from vineyards on both the eastern and western shores of Lake Neusiedl in addition to the foothills of Leithaburg. Hand-harvested, the grapes macerate for one week prior to a gentle, slow basket pressing. The wine sees an 8-month élevage sur lie in wooden vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
