Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, & St. Laurent sourced from both sides of the Neusiedl lake and the foothills of Leithaburg. 2-week co-maceration on the skins prior to pressing and spontaneous fermentation in wooden and stainless steel tank. Matured for over a year in neutral wood cask. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
