The Details
100% Gamay from 60+ year-old bush vines planted in decomposed granitic soils in the Beaujolais Cru Fleurie. Cold Carbonic maceration for 17-20 days, no pumpovers. This is followed by 7 to 8 months; 80% in 225 liter barrels, 20% in 600 liter demi-muids. Racked and bottled at the property without filtration or added sulfites and in harmony with the lunar cycle. Minimum 10 months bottle aging before release. Unfined, unfiltered , no additional SO2. 12%ABV
