The Details
A combination of plots and some estate & négoce fruit from nearby villages in Alsace, this is 100% Pinot Noir from Yannick. Grapes are hand-harvested from their respective plots and vinified separately each with one-week whole-bunch maceration in open-top vats prior to pressing to neutral Burgundy barrel. Blended, rested for a short period of time and then bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13% ABV
