The Details
From 2023 and 2024, blended: 99% Gewürztraminer (1% Pinot Noir/Gris blended in)from biodynamically cultivated vines in clay/limestone soils in Obernai, Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch spontaneously ferment/macerate for 1 week prior to pressing to 100 year-old neutral foudre for 6-9 (or 18-21) months élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
