The Details

100% Merlot from the highest part of the vineyard in the Colli Euganei. Basaltic soils, grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and semi-carbonically macerate for a week before pressing. Aging for 6-9 months also in tank before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
