The Details

100% Garganega from vines biodynamically cultivated on the same .5 hectare south-facing parcel as 'Cest Un Bordel,' which is the highest part of the Ananda vineyard and planted to basaltic/limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and macerate for 15 days in stainless steel before pressing. Aged for 16 months in a single neutral barrel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
