The Details

70% Marzemino Bianco & 30% Pinella from centenarian vines planted in Ronco on a .6 hectare parcel on basaltic soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, co-macerate for 10 days before pressing. Aged for 16 months in a single neutral barrel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
