The Details
From the northeastern corridor of Georgia's biggest winemaking region, Kakheti, this is 100% Rkatiseli Rose (pink skinned mutation of Rkatsiteli) that macerates and spontaneously ferments in Qvevri. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no-to-minimal added SO2 (<15ppm) depending on vintage.
