An experimental cuvée from Khatia! A co-ferment of old-vine Kisi/Khikvi/Mtsvane in equal portions from Kvareli in the northeast of Georgia in the region of Kakheti.
6 months on the skins in Qvevri, racked into a cooler set of Qvevri for an additional 6 months of rest. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 14%ABV
