The Details

Off-Dry. 100% Gewurztraminer biodynamically cultivated in Dambach-la-Ville in Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested, pressed without crushing and spontaneously fermented and aged 10 months in big cask. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
