100% Riesling planted in sandstone dominant soils in the Bas Rhin in Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment to dryness/age for up to 10 months in neutral oak barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV
