60% Sylvaner, 40% Auxerrois from vines grown in sandstone soils in the Bas Rhin in Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment/age in neutral oak barrels sur lie for up to 10 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
