100 % biodynamically cultivated Ploussard on early Jurassic grey marl clays. Hand-destemmed, carbonic maceration for 1 month is followed by devatting into separate tank. Short élevage is followed by bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
