The Details

Traditional Macvin from Tournelle - Chardonnay and Grape pomace from organically cultivated vines. Chardonnay is hand-harvested, directly pressed and blended with Chardonnay marc that's crafted from the pressed pomace of Chardonnay and distilled. The blending takes place in barrel with a 2/3 juice, 1/3 spirit ratio and then the batch is aged 3 years in selfsame barrel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
