The Details
100% Viognier biodynamically cultivated in the Northern Rhône. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 10 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermnetation and aging for 12 months amphora. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
